How to Summon Duriel

To summon Duriel in D4 or Diablo 4, you have to do a lot of grinding. First, you must reach world level 4. By then, not even the materials needed to summon Duriel will appear. Next, you'll need to summon the Valshan Echo with the Vicious Cave (requiring the Vicious Body Parts and Vicious Heart from the Grotesque Debtor) and defeat the boss to get the Slime Slippery Egg. You may need to fight Varshan multiple times to get the two eggs needed to summon Duriel.

Next, you must summon Electric Saint Gregor in the confessional. Summoning requires Living Steel, which is dropped from mTortured offerings in Hell's Tides, so good luck with that. Gregor drops Shards of Pain (summoned player only), so you'll need two. Finally, enter the rift in Hakan's Oasis and fill the Plague Altar with materials to find the Maggot King.
