Diablo 4: How to get Distilled Fear

Distilled Terror is a crafting item introduced in Diablo 4's Season of Blood update. If you want to summon the Ice Beast boss in Diablo 4, you first need to obtain Distilled Terror.

Like other items, Distilled Terror has a drop rate. This process requires luck, but if you've completed high-level dungeons, you may already have some in your inventory.

Where to get Distilled Fear in Diablo 4

To obtain Distilled Terror in Diablo 4, you must complete the Nightmare Dungeon World of Torment at level 30 or higher.

When you defeat the final boss of the Nightmare Dungeon, you have a chance to receive Distilled Terror as loot. I gained enough Distillation of Fear in 14 Nightmare Dungeons to summon Beasts of Ice.

How to Summon the Ice Beast in Diablo 4

If you have 9 Distilled Terror in your inventory, you can summon the Ice Beast from Diablo 4.

Go to an occultist.
Switch to the Craft Imprint tab.
Create glacial crevasses.
Open your inventory and use the Glacial Fissure Nightmare Mark to start the dungeon.

Once you enter the Glacier Fissure dungeon, you must clear it until you reach the lair of the Beast in the Ice. Once inside, the boss will appear and the battle will begin. Since the badge sends you into a dungeon, you have to be resurrected four times to defeat the boss.

What is the level of the Ice Beast in Diablo 4?

The Beast in the Ice is a level 85 boss in Diablo 4 . His signature attacks are his frost breath and powerful jump. During the battle, the boss will sometimes disappear, leaving minions behind, so be sure to clear them out before moving on to the next stage.
