FUT 23 crossplay leaks: Compatible game modes and platforms

Crossplay may appear in FUT 23 later this year, giving players the opportunity to play against players on different platforms.
Many in the FUT community have been asking for Crossplay for years, and it could finally be introduced in EA Sports' next and final FUT video game franchise. Cross-play testing has been introduced to FUT 22 online seasons and online friendly matches over the past few weeks, all but confirmation of EA's intention to bring it to FUT 23.
Crossplay allows players from different consoles to play against each other, rather than restricting players to opponents on the same platform. With FUT 23 just a few months away, information about the upcoming game has started leaking on social media.
PlayStation 5, Xboxx Series X/S, PC, Steam, and Stadia are all likely to be compatible with cross-play in FUT 23, meaning players from each platform can play against each other. Another major feature of cross-play in FUT 23 is that it can be implemented in every game mode.
This means that FUT Ultimate Team, Career Mode, Volta, Pro Clubs, Online Seasons and Online Friendly matches will all be available in the following cross-play -gen versions of FUT 23. Since Ultimate Team is also included on the list, the leak suggests that FUT 23 could have a transfer marketplace for all platforms, rather than a FUT transfer marketplace for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
The final leaked feature of crossplay in FUT 23 is that it can be toggled on and off in game settings. This gives players the option to play only or against opponents from the same platform.
