Grigori: Located in the Halls of the Damned in the Dry Steppes (marked with a skull icon on the left side of the map), Grigori requires 12 Living Steel to summon. These can be obtained from completing Whispers of the Dead caches, defeating elite monsters and world bosses during Helltides, or through trading with other players. When fighting Grigori, it's advisable to stay near the edges of the area to avoid his area-of-effect attacks. Defeating him rewards players with Fractured Prisms, a key ingredient for summoning Duriel.
Lord Zir: Found in the Darkened Way. If you haven't unlocked the nearby waypoint, you'll need to travel from Kyovashad. Summoning Lord Zir requires 12 Exquisite Blood, obtainable through similar methods as Living Steel. Lord Zir drops the Shackles of the Endless, one of the materials needed to summon Andariel. During the fight, focus on dealing damage quickly and be mindful of his attack patterns to defeat him swiftly.
Varshan: Located in the Malignant Burrow near the Tree of Whispers in Hawezar. Summoning Varshan is relatively easier, requiring only 4 Malignant Hearts. Defeating him grants players the Mucus-slick Egg, another key ingredient for summoning Duriel. While Varshan's difficulty is moderate, players should still be cautious of his abilities.
The Beast in the Ice: Found south of Kyovashad at the Glacial Fissure. Summoning this boss requires 12 Distilled Fear, also obtainable through similar means as the other summoning materials. Defeating it rewards players with the Bloodied Fetish, which is needed to summon Andariel. Agile movement and skillful use of abilities are crucial for victory against the Beast in the Ice.
Duriel and Andariel: These two bosses are highly sought after due to their increased drop rate for Unique items (twice the rate of regular bosses). Duriel is located in the Gaping Chasm in the Dry Steppes (lower left of the map) and requires 2 Mucus-slick Eggs and 2 Fractured Prisms to summon. Players can maximize efficiency by forming groups and taking turns placing the summoning materials. Andariel is located northeast of Duriel and requires 2 Shackles of the Endless and 2 Bloodied Fetishes to summon. Andariel's fight is more challenging than Duriel's, as she has invulnerability phases that prolong the battle. Nevertheless, their high drop rates make them attractive targets.
Lilith: The final boss of the main storyline. Unlike other bosses, Lilith only provides a one-time reward: the valuable Scorching Tendrils. Repeatedly challenging her yields no additional rewards. Lilith is located near Kyovashad; her location is marked as Echo of Hatred on the map. The fight is divided into two phases, requiring players to dodge her attacks and capitalize on opportunities to deal damage. Defeating her also grants a special title.
