Season of Blood for Diablo 4 brings a new activity in the form of Blood Harvest. Like any good new seasonal mechanic, this event has unique rewards and activities. What is the Blood Harvest event in Diablo 4 Season of Blood?
The Blood Harvest event is a new type of content added to Diablo 4 Season 2. The campaign is very similar to Hell's Tides in that you're tasked with killing enemies in a specific area while amassing specific resources. Like Hell's Tides, there are some unique activities you can complete for even more rewards.One of the best things about the Blood Harvest event is that you can start participating as soon as you create your character, starting at level 1. The Blood Harvest event will always scale to your level, so it's always worth participating in.
Where did the events of "Blood Harvest" take place?
The Blood Harvest event can occur in any region in Diablo 4 Season 2. After one event ends, a new one starts in another area.
When you open the map, you can find the area surrounded by green. That's where the Blood Harvest activity is currently taking place.
You can also look for blood harvest event icons in specific areas, as shown in the screenshot above.
When did the "Blood Harvest" event occur?
Thankfully, Blizzard has decided to keep the Blood Harvest event active. Even if the zone changes to active status, it is always available. This means that even if Blood Harvest ends in one area, it will immediately restart in another area.When viewing an area where Blood Harvest events are currently active, you can scroll through one of the Blood Harvest events to see how long it has been active in that area. Additionally, if there is a Blood Harvest going on in the area you are currently in, a timer will appear in the upper right corner of the screen indicating how long the event will last.
Is Diablo 4 Season 2 Worthy of Blood Harvest?
Blood Harvest from Diablo 4 Season 2 is definitely worth playing. Not only is it a great experience, but the new rewards you get from it are valuable too. You can also earn Pathfinder Keys and Blood of Bolton through Blood Harvest.
Explorer Keys can be used to unlock Explorer Chests, allowing you to obtain more equipment and other rewards. Powerful blood is used to unlock and upgrade vampire powers. These are very important to optimize your build for this season.
