In Diablo 4 Season 2 (Season of Blood), the Dark Master (aka Lord Zeal) takes over Sanctuary, and the nephalem will enjoy a new blood-harvesting event as part of the vampire invasion.

Diablo 4 Season 2's massive seasonal event, Blood Harvest, involves capturing a location for a designated period of time, much like Hell's Tide. There are some clear differences, however, and players can experience the Blood Harvest campaign on any difficulty starting at level 1. Additionally, items collected during the Blood Harvest event will no longer disappear at the end of the event.

The Blood Harvest seasonal event has the highest chance of dropping powerful blood and contract armor. With a wave of his hand, the Dark Lord sent cunning bloodseekers and an army of vampires to conquer the Dry Steppes, Hawser, and Scosgrun regions of Sanctuary, imprisoning their inhabitants, and wreaking havoc.

Yes, blood collection locations will only alternate between the following areas:
Hawezar
Scosglen
Dry Steppes

However, it should be noted that after the Blood Harvest event ends, a new event will begin, and there will be no waiting time like Hell Tide.

Diablo 4 players will have several activities to do during the Blood Harvest event. First, you can complete bounties and defeat vampire enemies in the process.
There is another task in the blood collection area, which is to burst blood bubbles and complete world events. You can also use the Pathfinder Key you find to disrupt the vampire ritual and free the poor prisoner.
By defeating enemies in Blood Harvest, you can obtain Blood Bait, summoning powerful enemies called Blood Seekers. You can also use the Pathfinder Keys you find to open Pathfinder Chests to gain access to powerful blood, Pact Armor, and useful consumables.

The Blood Harvest event in Diablo 4 Season 2 is the best way to obtain powerful blood, which can be used to unlock and upgrade vampire powers. This is also the most effective way to farm Pact Armor to activate your character's vampire powers!
In addition to the regular random item drops from the Blood Harvest event and the massive drops from Bloodseeker enemies, you can also earn a reputation with Diablo 4's new faction, Hunter's Reputation.
By increasing your reputation with the Hunter Praise faction, you can earn 18 levels of rewards, and you can gain access to items such as covenant consumables and crafting materials.
